Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at our discretion.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Setu TV does not store your complete payment details. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize applicable charges.

Failure to process payment may result in restricted access or account suspension.

6. Content Usage

Setu TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

All content, including videos, graphics, text, logos, and software, is owned by Setu TV or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to Setu TV remain the exclusive property of Setu TV or its licensors. You agree not to remove, alter, or misuse any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setu TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Setu TV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform. Continued use of Setu TV after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
